(4) The temperature distribution characteristics of high purity graphite plate, will change as the temperature increases, up to 200℃. The detailed temperature distribution varies depending on the atmosphere in the furnace and the operating conditions.
(5) High purity graphite plate should be paralleled as far as possible. If the resistance value of the graphite plate is different, the load of the graphite plate with large resistance will be concentrated in the series process, resulting in the rapid increase of the resistance of the graphite plate, and the service life will be shortened.
(6) After the graphite plate is heated in the air, the surface forms a dense silicon oxide film, forming an anti-oxidation maintenance film, which can prolong the service life
